These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wesley Chapel Wash Pros website and any pressure washing or soft washing services you request from us. By requesting an estimate or scheduling a service with us, you agree to these Terms.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information and photos you provide or on an in-person property assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition of the property differs from what was described, or if additional work is requested on site. We will always confirm any price change with you before proceeding.

Scheduling and Property Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas being cleaned, including unlocked gates and access to an exterior water source and electrical outlet where needed. If our crew cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a trip fee or rescheduling may apply.

Weather and Rescheduling

Florida weather can require us to reschedule a job for safety or quality reasons. If we need to reschedule due to weather, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time at no extra cost.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking.

Cancellations

We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer that time to another customer.

Property Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

We use industry accepted methods, including soft washing on delicate surfaces such as roofs and siding, to reduce risk of damage. However, older or already deteriorated surfaces, existing cracks, loose paint, damaged caulking, or prior improper sealing can be affected by any cleaning process. We will point out visible risk areas before starting work when possible, and we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that are aggravated by routine, properly performed cleaning.

Satisfaction and Walkthroughs

We walk every property with you after the job is complete so you can review the results and flag any concerns before we consider the job finished. Please raise any concerns during this walkthrough or as soon as possible afterward.

Limitation of Liability

Wesley Chapel Wash Pros carries appropriate licensing and insurance for residential and commercial exterior cleaning work. Our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the cost of the service in question, except where limiting liability is not permitted by law.
