Our 7-Day Redo Guarantee
If you notice a spot we missed or an area that is not fully clean, call us within 7 days of the job and we will come back and re-clean that area at no extra charge. We would rather fix it than have you live with it.
What Our Guarantee Covers
- Workmanship on the surfaces we were hired to clean, for 7 days after the job is completed
- Redoing any missed spot or streaking caused by our process, not by the condition of the surface itself
What It Does Not Cover
A few things are outside what any pressure washing or soft washing company can reasonably guarantee, and we would rather be upfront about that than overpromise:
- Algae, mold, or mildew returning over time. Florida’s humidity means regrowth is a matter of when, not if, typically 12 to 24 months depending on shade and sprinkler exposure, not a defect in the work
- Pre-existing damage to surfaces, sealants, grout, or paint that was already compromised before cleaning began
- Roof granule loss or wear that existed before the soft wash. We use low pressure specifically because it is the method the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA) recommends, but an older or already-worn roof can show issues that have nothing to do with the cleaning
- Plants, mulch, or landscaping that were already stressed or diseased before we protected the area
